Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment with Tooth to Tooth Mobile Dental Hygiene Clinic ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Services Provided
We provide professional dental hygiene services including, but not limited to:
- Professional dental cleaning (scaling and root planing)
- Polishing and stain removal
- Fluoride application
- Oral hygiene education
- Periodontal assessment
- Denture care and cleaning
Our services are provided by a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensed to practice in Quebec. We do not provide dental procedures that require a dentist, including examinations, X-rays, fillings, extractions, or prescriptions.
Appointment Booking
Booking Process
Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our office.
Confirmation
A booking request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or call from our office. We will contact you within 24-48 business hours to confirm your appointment.
Preparation
For mobile appointments, please ensure you have:
- A comfortable chair with good lighting nearby
- Access to running water and electricity
- A clean, quiet space for the appointment
- Your insurance card and identification (if applicable)
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change. To reschedule or cancel your appointment:
- 24+ hours notice: No charge
- Less than 24 hours: A cancellation fee may apply
- No-show: Full appointment fee may be charged

Payment Methods
We accept payment by:

Payment Timing
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Insurance
We provide detailed receipts for insurance claim submission. Direct billing is available for some insurance plans. Please check with us when booking to confirm if your plan qualifies for direct billing.
Patient Responsibilities
As a patient, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete health information
- Informing us of any changes to your health status
- Disclosing all medications you are taking
- Following pre and post-treatment instructions
- Providing a safe environment for mobile appointments
- Ensuring timely payment for services
Health Information
Accurate health information is essential for safe and effective dental hygiene care. You must disclose:
- Medical conditions that may affect treatment
- All medications, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements
- Allergies to medications, latex, or other substances
- History of infectious diseases
- Any changes in your health since your last visit
Failure to provide accurate health information may result in complications and releases us from liability for any adverse effects.
Scope of Practice
Our dental hygienist practices within the scope defined by the Ordre des hygiénistes dentaires du Québec (OHDQ). We will refer you to a dentist or other healthcare provider if we identify concerns outside our scope of practice.
Dental hygiene services are not a substitute for regular dental examinations and care. We recommend visiting a dentist at least once per year for comprehensive examinations.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Dental hygiene treatments have inherent risks including, but not limited to:
- Temporary sensitivity or discomfort
- Minor bleeding of gums
- Allergic reactions to products used
We are not liable for complications arising from:
- Inaccurate or incomplete health information provided by the patient
- Failure to follow post-treatment instructions
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed before treatment
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Tooth to Tooth Mobile Dental Hygiene Clinic and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
