Our Services
-
Dental Cleaning
Your dental hygiene appointments can become a more relaxing and stress-free experience.
Regular scaling, cleaning, and dental care are essential for preventing gum disease, cavities, and bad breath. Plaque buildup can lead to tartar, which brushing alone can’t remove. Professional cleanings help maintain healthy gums, prevent tooth loss, and support overall well-being. Prioritizing oral hygiene ensures a healthier smile and long-term dental health.
-
Polishing and stain removal
Removal of unsightly stains and polishing the teeth is an essential part of your dental hygiene a build up and bacteria and gives you that “fresh from the dental clinic feeling.”
This process not only enhances the aesthetics of your smile but also contributes to your overall oral health. By eliminating plaque and tartar, we reduce the risk of gum disease and tooth decay. Regular polishing ensures that your teeth remain smooth, making it harder for stains to adhere, helping you maintain that bright, clean look between visits.

Oral hygiene Instructions
Whether in residences, offices, or homes, oral hygiene instruction (OHI) is always provided during dental appointments to ensure patients maintain good oral health.
Understanding and learning how to properly care for teeth and gums is essential for keeping smiles healthy, strong, and long-lasting. Proper brushing and flossing techniques, along with guidance on selecting the right dental products, play a crucial role in preventing cavities, gum disease, and other oral health issues.
-
Fluoride application
Fluoride application for both adults and children is a valuable service we offer to provide an extra layer of protection for tooth enamel and enhance overall oral health.
This treatment is highly effective in preventing cavities by making teeth more resistant to acid attacks from bacteria and sugars. Additionally, fluoride helps alleviate tooth sensitivity by reinforcing weak spots and exposed dentin, providing relief from discomfort caused by hot, cold, or sweet foods.

About me
Dentistry has always been a part of my life. I graduated in dentistry in the Philippines before moving to Canada in 1990. When I moved, I thought I would not be in the practice any longer, until I got a job as an assistant in a dental clinic. It was then that I realized that dentistry and caring for people were an integral part of who I was, and that I wanted to make it my career.
I decided to pursue training in dental hygiene and graduated from John Abbott College in Montreal, Quebec, in 2010. I then worked as a dental hygienist for 10 years, perfecting my skills and discovering different ways of caring for patients.
After a decade in private practice, I felt the need to have more autonomy to treat and care for my patients according to my experience and beliefs. I believe in a personalized approach to care and strive to keep up to date with the latest dental trends and technologies.
As a dental hygienist, my commitment to you is to make your experience as therapeutic and enjoyable as possible.
